REBECCA MC FADDEN was born and raised in Lake City, South Carolina—hometown of the late Ronald McNair, Space Shuttle Astronaut. Her parents were sharecroppers. She graduated from Shaw University. Rebecca lives in Kings County New York, and is the proud mother of one amazing son. Rebecca is the Co-founder and Co-president of New York City Transit’s Poet Tree Club. She is also the author of “Strong Enough for a Man,” and “Surfing to Find the One.”
