Our Policies:
We accept cashiers checks, money orders, major credit cards - Debit card - Via phone or on line Visa, MasterCard and PayPal
Once you've selected your book(s) of choice, proceed to check out, select your method of shipping and handling and payment type.
Upon receipt of your choices, we will check our inventory and advise you accordingly.

PayPal Orders
When you've submitted your order and received your total you can checkout using PayPal or moneyorder. Once at PayPal, if not already a member, registration will be necessary. Once registered, enter the Name(s) of item(s) ordered in the "Payment for" area. Next, enter your order total in the "Amount" area and then click continue. On the following page fill in your Credit Card information. In addition, please enter your name in the Comments Area so that we may match your order with the payment. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the order to the verified Paypal address within 2 - 3 days. All credit card transactions are sent through a secured server! Your credit card will reflect charges from cbbooksdistribution.com

Refund Policy Terms:

C&B Books will accept return of damaged merchandise. You must notify C&B Books within 12 hours - In receipt of merchandise.
Lost merchandise that cannot be tracked by UPS - Within 24 hours of Shipment.
Wrongfully ordered merchandise received as a result of C&B Books Error - Within 24 hours -

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charge (where applicable) The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice (packing slip) and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Membership Gift Certificates, or Gift Wrapping Fees. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates, will be charged sales tax where required.

WHOLESALE BOOK POLICY

Thank you, for inquiring at C&B about our wholesale book policy, we give a 35% discount off the retail price. You can order from any category the book you need. We must receive a 50% nonrefundable deposit on your order,(once we have your deposit the order will be processed, the 50% amount will be added to your order) your order can be paid for on-line thru paypal using a credit card, or with a money order. when you are ready to order you can send your order to the address listed above, or if you prefer you can e-mail your book order. There is a $250.00 minimum to process orders. Once again thank you, for your patronage.
